What is Nabla clip?
Nabla Clip is also known as Nabla blade, Nabla plate. It is an important component of the Nabla rail fastening system which is extensively used on French TGV High-Speed lines. The Nabla Clip generates its clamping force by tightening the nut in a controlled degree.
Shape of Nabla chip
The Nabla blade's special shape creates a stable toe load on the rails when the nut is torqued. It is shaped like a thick trapezoidal shovel with a round hole in the middle.

The hardness of this elastic rail clip is HRC51-55 and with load 2500DaN. After the first two tests, variation of the height after releasing is only 0.45mm and after three more tests, there is only 0.1mm variation of height. The finished Nabla clip can be painted red or other colors. It is according to the requirement of client.
