The hardness of this elastic rail clip is HRC51-55 and with load 2500DaN. After the first two tests, variation of the height after releasing is only 0.45mm and after three more tests, there is only 0.1mm variation of height. The Nabla fastening system is widely used in France and Africa railways. It is compliant with EN13481-5 standard.
The Nabla fastening system consists the following items:
1.Nabla clip: The Nabla clip is made up of alloy spring steel according to NF F50-015 standard.
2.Insulator: This insulator is specially designed for the Nabla clip.
3.High strength bolt with nut and washer: it is a double end bolt, one end pressed in concrete sleeper.
Nabla fastening system is designed to ensure simple installation and maintenance. It has enhanced performed when used on tracks with tight radius curves, and significantly increases the life expectancy of assembly components by maintaining the track gauge.
On the fatigue life, when the deflection is 9.1mm,they can provide a performance of 5 million cyles without crack.
